Sean R. Muhammad is an educator, motivational speaker and author of the critically-acclaimed, award-winning Princoirs (pronounced PRĬNS´WÄRS), which represents a unique play on words (the combining of the words "Prince" and "memoirs"), and it is the title of the official memoirs of his late grandfather and Negro League Baseball icon, Prince Joe Henry.

Penning the memoir beginning in 2005 is what started his  entrepreneur journey and to found PK Conglomerate ("PK" for "Princoirs King" in honor of his grandfather), which was developed to offer services ranging independent publishing, coaching and financial consultation to help curb unemployment, recidivism, and generational poverty.

Muhammad has taught thousands of students since 2005, connecting them with the right personal development and professional business tools and technology, we help them gain the confidence and determination needed to obtain careers instead of jobs, realize the idea of entrepreneurship, grow, succeed, expand in the business world and foster financial stability.

Besides me and our Pro Keepers Academy, there is not a workforce development facilitator or program in our Metropolitan area that has the curriculum, experience, know-how and even the sincere desire to help those in our communities deemed to be "unhirable", "irredeemable" and destined for a lifelong journey of poverty and want.
